The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Pillar Training Arc tells the story of the Pillars training Tanjiro Kamado and his friends in preparation for the final battle against Kibutsuji Muzan, the source of all demons.
All of the training the Pillars undergo is extremely harsh, causing some of the young Demon Slayer Corps members to scream.
Some people may be curious about the ending and conclusion of the Pillar Training arc, which shows the Pillars undergoing hard training.
I’m also curious to see what happens after the Pillar Training arc and if there will be a sequel.
So, this time, we’ve looked into the following about the final ending of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Pillar Training Arc!
- Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc – What will be the final outcome?
- Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc – What happens next and what’s in the sequel?
We will be bringing you an article titled “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Pillar Training Arc – What will be the final outcome? What happens next and in the sequel?.”
Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc – How does it end?
I predict that the end of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Pillar Training Arc will be animated until Chapter 136 “Move” in Volume 16 of the manga, which will be the final episode.
The Pillar Training Arc is a very short story in the Demon Slayer series.
Therefore, I predict that there is a possibility that content not depicted in the original work will be depicted as original anime content at the end of the Pillar Training Arc in the anime.
What is the order of pillar practice?
The contents of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Pillar Training Arc and the order in which the pillars train are are as follows.
- Uzui Tengen: Training and improving basic physical strength (running, whatever)
- Tokito Muichiro: High-speed movement
- Mitsuri Kanroji: Hell’s Flexibility (with pancakes)
- Obanai Iguro: Forced sword movement
- Sanemi Shinazugawa: Infinite Strike Practice
- Himejima Gyomei: Muscle Strengthening Training
The Water Pillar, Tomioka Giyuu, is not participating in the Pillar training because he is not qualified to be a Pillar.
Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Pillar, was unable to participate in the Pillar training because she was training her disciple, Kanao Tsuyuri, in preparation for the final battle.
Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc: What to look out for in the second half?
The highlight of the second half of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Pillar Training Arc is the scene where Gyomei Himejima recognizes Tanjiro Kamado and confides in him the events of the past.
Himejima Gyomei’s training involves long hours of standing under the waterfall, training him to develop strong legs and hips.
The final training session includes the gruelling exercise of carrying a large rock.
Tanjiro Kamado successfully completed the final stage of the training by carrying the large rock.
After acknowledging Kamado Tanjiro for completing the harsh Rock Pillar training to the end, Himejima Gyomei tells him about his own past.
He lived in a temple and gathered orphaned children together, and lived happily until a demon appeared.
As the fleeing children were killed, he continued to beat the demon until dawn to protect Sayo, the only one who remained.
However, in his distraught state, Sayo was able to only say to the people who rushed to his aid, “That man is a monster. He killed everyone,” and so Himejima ended up bearing the blame for the disappeared demon.
Gyomei Himejima confided the above tragic events of the past to Tanjiro Kamado.
Himejima expresses his gratitude to Tanjiro and Nezuko, saying that he was saved by their efforts in fighting demons and protecting the people, as well as their honest and beautiful hearts.
It was Ubuyashiki who rescued Himejima Gyomei, who was imprisoned for being a demon.
Also, after being saved by Ubuyashiki, Himejima Gyomei ends up joining the Demon Slayer Corps, so his past becomes a highlight of the second half of the Pillar Training Arc.
Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc – What will be the final outcome?
The conclusion of the Pillar Training arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba ends with Kibutsuji Muzan appearing at Ubuyashiki Kagaya’s residence.

At the end of the Pillar Training arc, Sanemi Shinazugawa and Giyu Tomioka face off against each other.
The relationship between the two pillars was left unresolved after Tanjiro, who mistook the sparring between them for a fight, intervened.
Also, on his way home, Sanemi Shinazugawa discovers a demon’s eye with the number “肆” written on it.
After discovering the demon’s eye, Sanemi Shinazugawa has a bad feeling and rushes to the Sanemi mansion where the master is.
Then, Sanemi Shinazugawa’s bad premonition came true, and Muzan Kibutsuji appeared at Ubuyashiki Kagaya’s residence.
Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc – What happens next?
After the Pillar Training Arc of Demon Slayer, Ubuyashiki Kagaya’s mansion commits suicide by detonating bombs planted throughout the mansion.

Kibutsuji Muzan suddenly bursts into Ubuyashiki Kagaya’s house.
Muzan Kibutsuji’s goal is to absorb Nezuko Kamado, who has overcome the sun.
After talking with his arch enemy, Kibutsuji Muzan, the Master committed suicide with bombs he had planted throughout the mansion.
The explosion killed the Master and his family, but Kibutsuji Muzan only suffered major damage.
Kibutsuji Muzan realizes the evil nature of Ubuyashiki (the Master), who dragged his family along with him and used himself as a decoy to commit suicide.
Demon Slayer: Pillar Training Arc – What’s the sequel?
The next sequel to Demon Slayer’s Pillar Training Arc will be the Infinity Castle Arc.
The Infinity Castle arc depicts the final battle between the Pillars and Tanjiro Kamado (including the Demon Slayer Corps) and the Upper Rank demons led by Muzan Kibutsuji.
summary
Thank you for reading “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Pillar Training Arc – What will be the final outcome? What happens next and in the sequel?” to the end.
This time, I have summarized the final conclusion of the Pillar Training Arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
In the anime’s Pillar Training arc, Tanjiro Kamado has finished training with Sanemi Shinazugawa and progresses to the point where he begins training with Gyomei Himejima.
Also, since Himejima Gyomei’s training is an important story in the Pillar Training Arc, I expect that some original anime content will be added.
I’d like to continue supporting Kamado Tanjiro and the others while keeping an eye on how the Pillar Training arc of the anime will end in the final episode.
