Agatsuma Zenitsu
Zenitsu Agatsuma survived the final battle with Muzan, displaying his courage and resourcefulness.
Zenitsu Agatsuma was angry because his beloved master, Grandpa, took his own life when his elder brother Kaigaku became an Oni.
Grandpa, a former Hashira, took responsibility and committed seppuku, but there was no assistance and he died after a long and painful death.
With this sadness and anger in his heart, Zenitsu challenged Kaigaku to one-on-one combat and defeated him with his own original form of Thunder Breathing, “Sixth Form: Fire Thunder God.”
Afterwards, hiding with Yushiro’s talisman, he joined the battle against Muzan, and together with his allies, he cornered Muzan.
Just before Muzan was exposed to the morning sun and destroyed, Zenitsu tried to turn Tanjirou into an Oni by pouring his blood on him, but Zenitsu believed in his allies and waited.

Hashibira Inosuke
Inosuke Hashibira survived the final battle against Muzan by making full use of the Beast Breathing technique.
During the battle, he encounters Kanao fighting Douma, the Upper Limit No. 2, and together they challenge Douma to save her from a pinch.

Kanao Tsuyuri

Sanemi Shinazugawa
As the Wind Pillar, Sanemi Shinazugawa participated in the final battle against Muzan of the Demon Slayer Corps.
After nearly dying in a fierce battle against Kokushibo, Upper Rank One, Sanemi Shinazugawa won the battle and then faced off against Muzan.
To counter Muzan’s great power, Sanemi Shinazugawa used his rare blood type, a unique constitution, to slow down Muzan’s movements.

Yushiro
Yushiro was like a younger brother to Tamayo, and even though he was an Oni, he retained a human heart.

Yushiro supported the Demon Slayer Corps by treating the injured and healing the wounds of Zenitsu and Tanjiro.

What happens to the characters after the final episode of Demon Slayer?
Most of the main characters who fought Muzan in the final battle were safe.
Tanjirou was able to return to human form even after becoming a demon, and Zenitsu and Inosuke survived despite being seriously injured.
Kanao regained her sight, and the Pillars, including Shinazugawa, Tomioka, and Uzui, all went their own way after disbanding the Demon Slayer Corps.
In the main story, there was no detailed explanation of the surviving characters, so from here on, I would like to explain in detail about each of the main characters who survived the final battle with Muzan and what kind of life they led afterwards, with some analysis.
Tanjiro and Kanao

Giyu Tomioka
Tomioka Giyuu cut his hair and his personality changed, becoming brighter.

However, since Giyuu also developed a “birthmark” during the final battle, he probably didn’t live long, but he seems to have lived a peaceful life, exchanging letters with Tanjirou.
Sanemi Shinazugawa
Sanemi Shinazugawa’s personality also became gentler, and although he was unable to reply to Tanjirou’s letter because he could not write, he sent him his favorite rice balls and matcha.
Also, although the details are unknown, after the series ended he got married and had a child.

Tengen Uzui
Uzui Tengen had three wives, and after the end of the war he had children and seems to have lived a happy life, enjoying his hobby of visiting hot springs with his family and friends.
Tengen did not have a birthmark, and since the average age in the Taisho era was 43, I think his life expectancy was probably around that age.
Ubuyashiki Kiriya
Ubuyashiki Teruya is still alive today, breaking the record for the oldest person in Japan.
